When you lease a TW Properties space, you have direct access to the people and services who care most about your satisfaction. This means you realize lower real estate occupancy costs because there is no “middleman” property management firm – we deal direct with our tenants, using our fully staffed, in-house maintenance and professional repair crews.

TW Properties owns and operates:

• More than 20 commercial, industrial, warehouse and office space that can be leased in Cambridge, Guelph,  Ayr and surrounding area.
• TW Properties services all its properties with an in-house property management staff to ensure prompt and professional service.
• We are an environmentally forward thinking property management company. Some of our properties are outfitted with solar panels, including one of Ontario’s first largest roof-top PV solar panel 250kW system and a new 100 kWh system.

TW Properties, the management team of Towcon Holdings and Woodside Properties, began more than 35 years ago in Cambridge, Ontario, when Mr. Walden realized there was a need for top-quality, well-constructed, well-maintained commercial, industrial, office and warehouse space.
Locally owned and operated, TW Properties is proudly Canadian and supports numerous community organizations and charities, including Conestoga College’s Roofing Institute, Cambridge & North Dumfries Community Foundation, House of Friendship and Strong Start.

TW Properties is proud to be an active part of the local community! Shown below are some of the community organizations that we support.

Since 2012, we have been pleased to put our Christmas Float in both the Hespeler and the Cambridge Santa Claus Parades. Our floats have won awards almost every year. Since 2018, we have opted out and have focused on fundraising for local charities and the local food bank.

Food Drive 2018: Raised 874lbs for the Cambridge Self Help Food Bank . Donated $1/ per pound and made a donation to: Kinbridge Community Association.

Food Drive 2019: Raised 1,976lbs for the Cambridge Self Help Food Bank . Donated $1/ per pound and made a donation to the: Argus Residence for Young People

Food Drive 2020: Raised 2,486lbs for the Cambridge Self Help Food Bank . Joining us in matching donations this year, was the Gooder Foundation who matched each dollar with us as we donated $2/per pound to the Greenway-Chaplin Community Centre

Food Drive 2021: Raised 5,502lbs for the Cambridge Food Bank. Joining us again this year in matching donations, was the Gooder Foundation, who matched each pound with $1 with us as we donated together, $11,004.00 to the Child Witness Centre! TW Properties also donated one of their vans to the Cambridge Food Bank and below is a picture of it with the Food Bank logo on it! Looks wonderful!!

Food Drive 2022: Raised 5,509lbs for the Cambridge Food Bank. Joining us again this year in matching donations, was the Gooder Foundation, who matched each pound with $1 with us as we donated together, $11,018.00 to Food4Kids Waterloo Region! Check out the pics of our last food drive below!

Food Drive 2023: Raised 6,066lbs of food and $1,000 in financial donations for the Cambridge Food Bank. The Gooder Foundation joined our campaign once again by matching each pound with $1 and together, we donated $14,132.00 to Hashtag Hope!
